Conditions of entry
1. This giveaway is open to Auckland and greater area businesses. A business can only enter once, any additional entries for that business will be removed.
2. Prize pack includes:
– 1x Promotional video of the winners business; duration 50 seconds
– 2x Social media clips of the winners business; duration 10 seconds each
– 10x Large resolution photos of the winners business
3. The giveaway winner and Torin Barnes Film + Photo will discuss content of the prize photo and video material in advance of the shooting day. The winner agrees to set aside at least 4 hours on their chosen day for shooting. Any additional costs required to execute the agreed upon shooting plan will be supplied by the winner. 1 draft rework of the videos is included in the prize pack, any additional editing work requested will be subject to regular editing pricing (to be discussed with Torin Barnes Film + Photo)
4. All copyright of content produced is retained by Torin Barnes Film + Photo and as such cannot be redistributed or sold by the winner.
5. Prize is not redeemable for cash, transferable to any other person or business, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
6. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the giveaway winner using details provided on their entry forms. Should those attempts fail, another winner will be drawn or selected.
7. All entrants consent to participate and co-operate as required in all promotional activities relating to the giveaway.
